Following a successful corporate career, Marty Doerschlag spent several years exploring all the things he loved as a Flâneur: one who strolls aimlessly but enjoyably, observing life and his surroundings. With a natural passion for wine, Marty was led to researching and studying grape growing and winemaking, specifically as it related to Pinot Noir. Eventually, he found himself in Oregon - and after just one visit, he knew it was the place for him. Today, Marty and Winemaker & Director of Vineyards, Grant Coulter (formerly of Beaux Freres), are producing some of Willamette Valley's most exciting wines.
