2018 PINOT NOIR, CALIFORNIA
100% Pinot Noir, de-stemmed and all lots fermented and aged separately before blending back together just before bottling.
2018 CABERNET SAUVIGNON,
79% Cabernet Sauvignon, 18% Merlot, 3% Petite Sirah. Grapes were de-stemmed and gently crushed into closed-top stainless steel fermenters to extract optimal color and flavor. Aged in oak barrels.
