GIN

Founders Kristina Hansen and Darren Case moved back home to Maine from Brooklyn, NY in 2014 to start Round Turn Distillery. Originating in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, the water in Bimini Gin comes from the Saco River which flows past the  distillery to the Atlantic Ocean.

 

Bimini Gin is hand-distilled, using a neutral base spirit made from non-GMO American corn and hand-separated botanicals. The process is very precise and exclusively made by the two-person team of Hansen and Case.
